There is a mistake in the plans. Aileron spar is 62” (wrong!). On the inner side end rib is 1/4, but on the wingtip side, it is 1/2. Plans show that it has to be 62 and 1/2 (that is correct!), so – spar should be shortened so that at the end we have 62 and 1/2 inch.
